Super novice at attestations. Here's my issue, I am trying to add the Control Description to the GRC Control Attestation and cannot figure out how to customize the header. I found this question/response but it doesn't tell me how to navigate to the Document Title shown. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated:

I figured out the answer
The table name is "sys_ui_title". The entry does not exist automatically but you can create an entry that adds additional information to the existing header. Our attestation header looks like this by default:
And we wanted to add the Description
STEPS
- Change Application to GRC: Policy & Compliance Management
- Navigate to "sys_ui_title" list
- Select the "New" button
- Change the table name to "sn_compliance_control"
- Select the fields you want to add to the form (my image shows additional fields I'm not actually adding)
- Enter the answer = "[Your answer here]" into the Script box
- Save

I don't think these instructions are for the Employee Self Service Portal. They don't work there.

This is for attestations within the GRC/Risk module and the configuration occurs within the platform not the Self Service Portal.

Is there any way to get them on the portal?

Hello, were you able to find workaround on this for Employee Center? Or any other way to do let non-ITIL users do attestations? Thanks!

Hi All,
I can't seem to get this to work. I've applied the workaround and attached the Marco into my instance, I've created a document title on the Control table but still nothing is showing for me.
Is there any other configurations needed besides including the Workaround macro, and Document title I may be missing?
