Hi Team,

I have been trying to replicate my incident default view on workspace as well and i am trying to get fields on incident form on incident workspace but i am unable to get them. those fields have ui policies as well.

I have tried form design and  form layout but its not working. In form design i am unable to drag the fields.

How can i do this?

"Hello @Atchutaram,

Before launching the form designer, it's important to ensure that you've selected the appropriate application scope for the workspace to enable field-dragging functionalities. If you're uncertain about the application scope, you can follow these steps:

1. Open an incident record

2. Change view

3. Go to Configure > Form Layout

If you're not within the required scope to make edits, a message will be displayed indicating the necessary scope for making edits.
