Hey Mike - Common man. Look what I asked. I know how to configure the rest messages for application type json. I have asked this question specific to x-www-form-urlencoded

It's for the outbound. I have received the endpoint and the content which they are expecting from ServiceNow as shown in the screenshot. Once this content is sent (from a BR or Flow trigger), the response will be sent back to ServiceNow in JSON format.
