Blackout window, which is a Schedule, defines a period of time when Changes should not be scheduled. Blackout windows could be over holiday weekends, during data center maintenance, etc.
Not in Maintenance - you can define windows, also a schedule, which is the window when changes can be scheduled. If you're outside of the window, you'll get this message.

I am trying to add a new Conflict value called "In Maintenance Window but Expedite".
I was able to add a new Conflict type record, but unable to determine where to code for this?
Getting conflicting information from the community and from ServiceNOW. Trying to determine which is more accurate.
Any ideas?
Thanks
