Container background color and widget dimensions

hi,

I am working on portal development.

- I want to set container background color as transparent. I am using "homepage-quicklinks" as my parent class in container. I can't find this class in my instance to edit it.

- Also i see that the height of my widgets is also not fixed. Let me know where i can fix this.
