Hi,

Content items are not visible in service portal. There are 2 catalog items and 1 content item under one category but the content item is not visible.

Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

Application Navigator>Service Portal >Portal>Select Portal Page (you want that content Item)>Select Catalogs from Related-list >By Default we don’t have Edit UI Action on LIST control of Catalog Item>Go ahead from list control and enable EDIT button>Chose Content Item from Edit.

Please find the below screen-shot for a better understanding

Are you just adding the Content Item to the Service Catalog?  Sorry just trying to clarify this for anyone else coming across this post like I did.  Thank you for replying though!

In my case it turns out there's a custom Search Source being invoked that's causing the issue...

Correct... I am adding content Items to Service Catalog.

I know this is an old post, but I had the same issue.

I fixed it by removing the category from the content item, saving it, then adding the category back and saving again. I also ensured to have an icon and picture uploaded, but not sure if that help too.

App. navigator>>portals>>(open the portal where you want to configure the content item)>>In related list (open the category)>> click edit button>> add the content item. Please mark as helpful and correct if it solves your query.

This may help you,
