How to add catalog to portal page?

I have created a new catalog;
How can i add the catalog in a portal page?

Your catalog only displays on the portal when there is atleast one catalog item tagged to it.
Open any catalog item, and use the set the Catalog field to your newly created catalog value, save the item.
Your Catalog should now show on portal

Thank you for your help.
when i try to access the new catalog with sys_id, i have below prompted.
cannot find where to set the permission, i check the existing default "Service Catalog" , there is no permission setting in the record, wondering where and how to set this ? If you have idea pls help me. Thanks.

You may have to check the user criteria associated for the respective catalog.

Go to catalog items. Click on the catalog item that you want to make it visible on the service portal page. In that, look for Accessibility section (refer to screenshot) and select the catalog where you want this item to be shown and save. Mark the answer as correct and helpful if this solves
