Context Menu & other OOB functionlities are not accessible for particular user

Hi  Service Now Experts,

 

Issue is User is unable to click Context Menu  / New Button / Filters even though they are visible .Page Navigation is also missing 

 

When Trying to debug while clicking on New Button ( while Creating new KB article ) , I have found the below error in JS Console , 

 

Uncaught ReferenceError: GlideList2 is not defined

    at HTMLButtonElement.onclick (kb_knowledge_list.do?sysparm_query=&sysparm_first_row=1&sysparm_view=:507:1621)

onclick @ kb_knowledge_list.do?sysparm_query=&sysparm_first_row=1&sysparm_view=:507

 

If any one knows how to resolve this error , can you please post it ?

 

And most importantly this issue is occuring only in Default View of Knowledge articles list. 

 

I tried all possible sources, But no luck yet !

Check the user profile also try to impersonate the user and are you able to access after impersonation?

Issue is resolved on its own. Every thing works fine now.I would like to close this tread .
