contextual right menu card link not working in custom workspace?

I have created custom workspace on on iteraction record left side bar icon requestor info when i click on view all it says page not found ,which approute or redirection i am missing ? how can i get the page where it shall redirect same as in SOW workspace.

You can look for simple list and change the app configuration to the custom workspace and insert

you will find it in sys_ux_app_route table
