Contextual Search in Service Portal - Workaround

I've successfully implemented the workaround to enable Contextual Searches on the Service Portal listed on the HI Portal PRB692368

I've noticed the results that show have links to the knowledge articles which is great.

The issue I have is when you click on the link you are re-directed to the article and taken away from the record producer.

is there a way to open the links in a new tab/window by default?

You would have to modify the 'PRB692368 Workaround' widget that was included as part of the KB. You'll want to add target="_blank" to your links.

Yes, for all catalog items it is redirecting to currently displayed form. I have raised a new question
