Copy attachment from interaction chat to Request

whenever agent creates any request, all the attachment should be copied from interaction chat to request (REQ/RITM).

How to do this via flow designer.

what can be the trigger condition and how to look up record

Hi @vdnehete ,

 

your flow trigger should on the "interaction_related_record" which captures interaction - task related records, you can run once interaction is updated/closed, verify task on interaction_related_record table to copy attachments!

My target record is RITM and somehow your flow is not working. and trigger condition which is interaction is also not working
