Copy Fields from Problem to Change form

Hi,

I would like to copy field values of Service, Service Offering, CI and Short description form "Problem" record to "Change" record, when I clicked "New" button in Problem record form.

Any suggestions/help, how to do it ?

It is not a feasible requirement, as New button has no reference from where to copy. Instead of this, you use it to create a change record on the problem form.

Thank you for your prompt response, one follow-up question.

 

Related list in problem needs to mapped to show regarding changes, which means when I create new change from problem(using ui action buttons) then it should appear in related list of problem, how to configure it (map relationships ? I am guessing):

No, I just tried, means in change I can see the problem record and but not in vice versa.

 

What you can do, if want the mapping, then use New Button in related list in PRB:
