I am facing issue locating 'Count' as mentioned in the instruction. The only count available is 'Reassignment Count'
9 Add the following information:
- Condition: Negative Social Comments are High
- Condition1: (1➛ Count) – greater than – 2
- The count can be dragged from the Data Panel 1-Look Up Records
2) Second issue was about this Items: (1➛Monitor Records), I can't choose Monitor Records as this is greyout.
- 23 Select the second smaller (+) symbol under the Action Create Problem Record.
- 24 Select a For Each Flow Logic, and add the following information
- Items: (1➛Monitor Records)
- 25 Select the third smaller + symbol under the Flow Logic For Each Item in (1➛Monitor Records).
- 26 Select an Update Record Action, and add the following information
- Record: (7➛Monitor Record)
- Table: Monitor [x_snc_social_media_monitor]
- Fields: Social Media Problem – (6➛Problem Record)

Not in the condition, In Step 1 you should choose Look Up Records Action instead of Look Up record.

Hi @Tungw
If you have used Look Up Records action (not Look Up Record) you will have a data pill under first Action as Count, not at the record level it is available at action level in the data panel.

Hi Anvesh,
Thank you for your reply, I have attached herewith the screenshot of my flow. There is no Look Up Records action available, maybe I have missed out on some settings.

Once again, thank you so much Anvesh! I have mistakenly entered Look Up Record instead of Look Up Records as per the instructions.
