Create a change request template

Hi,

I have two questions

a. can i create/delete/edit a change request template using REST API?

b. i created a template (using system definitions->templates), and I cannot see it when i try to create new change request. what am I doing wrong? what should I do to see it?

From the screenshot what I understand is that you are looking for standard change template?

Is that right?

Standard Change Template - https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-it-service-management/page/product/change-management/ta...

I think, you need to approve and publish the change template to make it usable and visible.

thanks, you're correct. I approved and published and it's working.

Now i have two further questions:

1. How can I make the description fill-able?

2. How can I remove the options in the 'close' section? I want to remove "unsuccessful" and "successful with issues".
