Create a new Task Type

Hi,

I need/want to create a new task type to sit against Change_request,   can anyone point me in the direction of how to do this please.   I've seen a post from a few years ago which referenced a video on how to do this , but that has since been taken down.

Any assistance   gratefully recieved.

Hi,

There are many ways to do it:-

1. If you need it in an process, you can create a custom table with that name, and treat the record of that table as a task type. You just need to do some configuration in the flow of your process to have it. It's easy things.If you need help, let me know on the same.

2. You can really customize the task type by creating all the custom one's too but it will not be feasible at all.
