Create a report about last day results

Hi All,

I am needing get a report about last day , like a "screenshot" how was closed last day.
every day I need check 11:59PM just to save a screenshot and save this results, but we are trying build a report that we can view in any time of day, just aboust last day

You can utilize the condition Created/opened on yesterday or/and resolved/closed on  yesterday if that is what you're looking for? This will give you a report that  can be showed the following day about yesterday.

HI, maybe my doubt was not clear. i need see a resulta about yesterday, about open ticket, but as I was "seeing" yesterday. for example, a ticket yesterday was opened and it was closed today, filtering in next day, i can't see it as a ticket open looking for last day.. sorry, my english is not so good. but do you understand?
example: yesterday I saw 100 tickets opened at 11:59pm;
today i need check the results about last day, but if some tickets are closed today, i cant see ..

Hi @Adriano Freitas ,

I understand, then you can't utilize the normal report designer, as the report values will update every time you run the report. You therefore either need to schedule a report that you can look into, or create a performance analytics report which will take snap shot of data.
