Create A Report on RITM Approvals

I need to create a report that shows how many RITMs (Not REQs) that a certain user either approved or rejected in 2019. The approval would come from a setp in the RITM workflow (Approval - User). I would need the RITM number, Short Descrtiption, Approval Status, and Approver included in the report. How would I go about creating such a report?

Try below report on Approval table (check Approver).
