Create a report to identify tasks previously attached with No Solution Knowledge Articles.

Hello,

 

I got a request to create a report that could showcase the amount of tasks that previously had Knowledge Article - No Solution attached to them then was changed to a more fitting Knowledge Article later on. 

 

Is there anyway in Service Now to setup a report and track that?
