Disposals section under Related Links

Hello all.  I hope this is the correct forum for this question.  I handle the disposals at my job.  We use a custom Disposal module to track our disposals.  I have noticed that when I look up an asset I can't see the section where it should be.  But when I look up the asset through the Disposal module.  I can see it.

2 questions.

1. What is this section called underneath the Related Links?

2.  Why can't I see this section when I lookup an asset through Assets-Hardware Assets?

-> Related List. https://www.servicenow.com/docs/csh?topicname=c_RelatedLists.html&version=latest

2. Why can't I see this section when I lookup an asset through Assets-Hardware Assets?

-> Since you mentioned you have custom module it might be configured by your system admin over instance. You will need to configure the related list over the form where you need same to appear.

Hello @Cori Ellerby 

Do you know if we went to the Out of box Disposal Order then we would be able to see this under Related Links? 

-> I am not sure on this but if its configured OOTB sure it will start appearing as usually we see OOTB related list under INC/CHG/RITM forms.
