Hi,
you should be using Create Record action
Select the table as incident and then fill the required fields

Hello,
You can use the create record action within your flow and then select the incident table and fill in the fields.
Should be pretty intuitive and simple to follow along.

The below flow supposed to populate the incident caller field with the Name variable from the service request, but it did not. That is where I got stuck. Please help. Thanks
