We have a knowledge base for premium services. The articles are getting created from premium services tool and it will get publish in knowledge base. When article is created from premium services tool by default the type is set to "service description" For other articles we have common choices for type and this "service description" choice does not display in choice. As we wanted to create a approval flow based on the "Topic" field, i am not able to get this "Service description" drop down as this is coming from premium service tool. How can i write a script to validate that "Service description" Topic field to define a approval workflow.
