I need to created a report showing all Req, Ritms and Change that are overdue by 3 or more days. I have created such a report for Incidents, using the ootb view "Tasks.Breached SLAs (Task SLA)" as my only data source.
But I have not found an ootb datasource that covers task types where there is no SLA (no breached field), leveraging the Due Date or other such fields.
Any help appreciated, including step by step on how to build the necessary dbase view (if that is, as I suspect) what is needed.
Thanks much to any who can assist

@Dr Atul G- LNG. With this statement from your reply, "OOTB these are available", do you mean the reports I need are already OOTB or the DBViews I need for my reports are already available?
Thank you for clarification..

Thanks. next Question. I am watching one of your YouTube Tutorials (Batch 12|Dat 26|Report - Dashboard and Database View" as we speak.
When I list all the reports that contain, "Incident" for example, how do I know which are OOTB?

How do I know when listing tables if a particular table is a natural table vs an OOTB view that is presented as a table?
