Create Report to show Average of Resolved Cases

How to configure a report that shows the average of resolved and closed cases . We have configured cases based on policy age field. Need to display the average days for completing policies in a report , like a date control report.

For example , there are 20 cases resolved in which 15 cases are resolved within the age of 7 days and 5 cases are resolved over 7 days. So, within the 7 days should show 75% and over 7 days resolved cases report should show 25%.

A report should be displaying these data on a daily basis i.e Mon-Fri , Week to date, Month to date and Year to date.

I have created two seperate reports 1. Resolved cases within the age of 7 days with pie chart having conditions state is resolved or closed, policy age is from 1.0 to 6.0 . 2. Resolved cases over 7 days with pie chart having conditions state is resolved or closed policy age is not 1.0 to 6.0.

How can i show the percentage of these two different reports . Can it be a drilldown view or a seperate report. And how this can be achieved.

Hi Ramya,

If you use pie chart and hover over to the bars it will show percentage but you have to hover for that. Second you can check Display Data Table" option in the report configuration options. that should show you percentage if not that then i think there is no other way then using Performance Analytics.
