CreateNow licenses and core Catalog functionality

Assume I have a team with CreateNow licenses and a custom task application.

Are these users capable of receiving sc_tasks from standard Catalog workflows without incurring another stacked licenses?

Not true.   Working an account that was born on Eureka and approvals require a special licensing.   Also have a license template for new accounts.   Non-email approvals require license.  



This gets back to my point about the disconnect between platform mechanics and license determination.


Weird, our instance was spun-up in Berlin and there's an "approver" role but its not needed for anything and I assumed it was legacy.


Its all over the map.   Some customers have approver users in their contracts (as a paid for identity), others don't.
