Creating a new defect for the story updates the story's short_description

Hello all,

I am seeing an odd issue today which I have never seen.

1. Created a story

2. Created a defect under the story

Now, the story's short_description changed with the defect's short_description value. I did check the business rules or scripts, and no such config. Is there any idea how I can check what's happening or which rule is doing this or any issue in SNOW side?

Found the issue. Not sure how it happened. Never noticed like this until I did the upgrade to Tokya release. 

I am seeing a business rule for Task [Task] - Sync short description to agile story which is doing this update. Not sure why this is part of the release.
