How to create a self service view for a custom table so that users with no roles can view their ticket in the service portal after they submit a request from a record producer.

Go to Views and open ess view

Add your new table here.

Hi,
To create a self service view for a custom table, you need to write 'ess'  in the "View" field of the module.
and then add your new table as required.
