creating custom admin for custom table

Hi,

we have created a custom and now the requirement is to create a custom admin role who can crate new fields, client scripts, business rules, views, flows and etc... only for that custom table..

For Example -

we have a custom table "ABC" and user "XYZ". and "XYZ" does not has admin role. but he is making some changes to "ABC" table where he wants to write BR, client scripts, Flows, Notifications and etc.. 

Now we need to create a role which allows the "XYZ" user to write BR, client scripts and all on only "ABC" table. and we are calling it as custom admin role.

 

Anybody has any idea on how to achieve this??
