Creating section headings in dashboards

Is there an easy way of creating section headings to separate groups of related widgets from other in a dashboard. I would have expected inserting a text box in a dashboard which you can title and format would be straight forward, but I am struggling to fine a way to do it. I am looking at content blocks, but they don't seem to offer an easy way of doing it without being able to write HTML and the general content types are more about displaying other sorts of content rather than creating simple headers for separating/ structuring things in a dashboard

You should be able to do this with content blocks, unfortunately (to my knowledge) there is no easy "add text box" option.

I wondered if that might be the case thanks. I can get it looking like the first attachment, but what I need is the second...as using the one I can create will take up half the dashboard with titles
