Creation of assesment instance from record producer.

Hi everyone,

I’ve created survey with three questions and record producer with same questions and options. So when ever user submits this record producer an assessment instance need to be created and selected options should be mapped to questions.

is it possible to achieve or is there any alternative solution.

record producers are meant to create task based record and I won't recommend to use it to create assessment instance record

Assessments are triggered based on trigger conditions

can we achieve this using catalog item and flow attached to it

yes it's possible but what's your business requirement

why you want assessments to be created after catalog item submission?

Assessment is generated whenever INC is closed, HR case is closed etc
