Hi All,
In Incident table we have three fields, Service, Service Offering and category. these fields are dependent to each other. As like Service offering is child of Service ,but parent of category . We also have a m2m table where we use to map assignment groups, so on submission of incident ticket with selecting these fields, ticket auto assigns to group mentioned in m2m table.
So is there any way we can create the Service offering and categories and that should also be created in m2m table in bulk.
