SLA definition creation in bulk

Hi All,

Can anyone please suggest us how we can create sla definitions in bulk. As like we get the requirement to create the 50 SLA definitions in excel with proper conditions and data. If possible then what should be the approach.

Please suggest.

I'm assuming they have different conditions, triggers etc

You can create them manually using the 'Insert & Stay' feature to have minimal changes as necessary but if you use script or something you will still have to go in each and modify them.

You can use "Transform map" to create SLA in bulk.

as it will be useful for future implementation in case you get 'n' number of SLA to be created.

As with transform, we need to put some transform script so if possible can you please share that. Is it possible without scripting it can be done via transform map.

Can you please let us know, what logic do you need to use in transform script...? 

Without script it is possible but it solely depends upon data present on sheet.
