Without more information than this, we are as much in the dark as you.

What system are you integrating with and what info are you getting or sending? How is the integration setup? Are you using (OOB) spokes or is it something custom? There are many ways to integrate with ServiceNow. We don't have access to your instance, so we simply don't know if you don't provide us with more details (including what 'information' your are trying to find).

Hi @Suhail2297

CRM and ServiceNow come with their own CRM systems. Are you planning to integrate a third-party CRM tool with ServiceNow? Yes, it is possible, but if you’re thinking of doing it on a PDI instance, that’s not 100% feasible.

To check CRM integration on your instance, go to your CRM’s integrations or connected apps section—usually found in the settings or admin dashboard. Most platforms will show you active integrations, data sync status, and connection logs.

If you're using a CRM like Meon, this process is even smoother. Meon CRM provides a clean, centralized panel where you can monitor, manage, and troubleshoot all integrations in real-time—without needing technical expertise. It’s designed to simplify complex workflows and ensure everything stays connected effortlessly.

Hi @Suhail2297

When you want to check on CRM integration for your instance, it helps to start by seeing what’s already set up and how data is flowing.

Here are a few simple steps you can try:

Check Installed Plugins or Apps: Look for CRM connectors like HubSpot or Salesforce in your system.

Explore Integration Settings: See if there are any configured connections, API keys, or authentication details in your admin settings.

Review Logs or Dashboards: Some platforms provide logs or dashboards that show recent integration activity.

Ask Your Admin or IT Team: If you don’t have access to everything, your admin can help fill in the gaps.

When juggling multiple systems and complex CRM integrations, it’s often useful to have a solution that keeps data synced automatically and reliably. You may consider enterprise – grade integration platform, OpsHub, a ServiceNow Partner that will keep everything aligned bidirectionally in real time, reducing errors, and providing clear visibility—so troubleshooting becomes much easier and teams always work with the latest info. All this without writing a single line of code.

Hope this helps! Feel free to ask if you want advice on specific platforms or next steps.
