EDITThe icon in ServiceNow is called "Additional actions" and is of "hamburger" type which is used in the UX world but is not official ServiceNow product nor term.

The only correct is Hamburger.

A. Pancake icon DOESN'T EXIST
B. Additional Actions or Context Menu - see my screenshot below

you will get to the context menu but when you click HAMBURGER!!!
C. Hamburger icon

D. Cake icon - is a burger with a dot above

Context to the B option:

the UX defines the buttons as following:

Come on, everyone (if even unofficial) calls it the hamburger menu right? Or is that just me?

@JamesBateman I was also very sure about it, but the question is unclear and can be interpreted from ore angles...

Look at the "On the form", when you go to any form and hover over the icon (which is indeed called hamburger) then you will get the label "Additional actions", see this:

So in the UX perspective or the entire IT industry, it would be the hamburger, but solely and ServiceNow centric it is not a ServiceNow product name so there is space for other interpretation.

The question should be asked differently....

Hi @GlideFather  @J Siva  @RoshaniB  @JamesBateman  @MURALIR20469232

I think this is a perfect example of why we recommend community members not to rely on dumps or unofficial sites for practice questions.

A single question can lead to too many conflicting replies, and even then, we’re still debating who is right or wrong—without clear resolution.

@RoshaniB Strongly recommend checking the official eBook and seeing what ServiceNow states about this. That will give you the correct answer.

If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Somewhere above somebody asked whether the question mentions icon name or icon type, and I think this can be the resolution actually.

The icon is called "Additional actions" and is of "hamburger" type.

Well for the author, this is also an example that reading the questions is essential... as they might have words like "always" or "never" and with this it might change meaning of a question.

Thank you all for this discussion, it was a question from CSA and still not absolutely clear :))
