Hi,
I'm trying to find a way of exporting the CSDM schema out in .xls format, so that I have a spreadsheet for each table showing the fields (i.e. attributes). I'm particularly interested in the tables used for Foundation data and then those needed for ITSM.
At present I'm doing it manually and obviously it's taking ages.
Is there an alternative method?
TIA,
Tim

Hi Maik,
apologies for my delay to your reply. The reason I want to do this is based on my current thinking/understanding related to building a service model. I want to be able to provide our configuration mgmt colleagues with the info they need - in a suitable format (ie. .xls), and with all the necessary fields populated - so that they can do the building.
I would like to be able to provide this info as part of a Service Design Package. So my (current) plan is to provide e.g. a table containing all of the software titles, another with the software licence details, etc.
We have no auto-discovery.
We're learning as we're going along, so am open to ideas if there's an alternative way we should be doing this.
TIA,
Tim
