Hi,
I want to remove the response template icon from worksapce
I deactivated the response template in the action assignment table
but I still can see the icon, how can I remove it from workspace ?

Found the problem, this was the wrong table to disabled it from.
the right table is sys_ux_app_route
search there from the Response template and delete the Screen Collection
and it will remove the option from workspace also from there you can disable the attachment and much more
