Just like "Reply" button(highlighted in blue), how can we show the "Reply All" and "Forward" buttons on the sent Email ribbon. So that user doesn't have to click on the 3 dots icon and then click on "Reply All" and "Forward"(Highlighted in Yellow). Refer to the screenshot. #CSM #FSM #workspace #snow #servicenow
