Hi,
I have a CSM widget that shows extra information on the side of the cases. Specifically, I'd like contacts to be able to see the close notes when the case is in state "Resolved". Currently this is the case, but only when I'm admin. When I impersonate someone who's a contact, I only see Number,state etc. but no close notes.
How do I make it so close notes is also visible for contacts? Security rules?

Hi @JordyZ ,
This looks like an ACL issue, and ACLs are there for one reason 😅 so first are you sure that you'd like give this user this access?
If so, I believe if you create one read ACL for the case table field resolution notes and one for case table * , containing this role should be enough 🙂
