Can I change this view to a Tree Picker and add a Search feature here", and to understand how to implement it based on the provided image.

NO, as per my knowledge. Instead of Tree picker,  you traditional way on reference.

Hi,

I believe the view you shared already has tree_picker attribute set to True. Search, unfortunately with tree_picker is not possible.
