Custom field missing in flow designer

I added an integer field to the resource_plan table which is in Global. I then created a flow in Global that will query resource plans which are in the state of requested. I want to update the custom field that I created but it is not available. What am I missing here? The scope of the table and the flow are the same.

You can see below that days requested is not available

Logout and Log back in and then check if it shows you the custom field
