We have a dashboard showing all open task. We're needing to add a custom Interactive Filter for our VPs to show all task open under their organization. Some of our VPs are the assignment_group.manager.manager and others may be assignment_group.manager.manager.manager and so on. If everyone was at the same level under the assignment group, then this would work but they're not. Our filter below will not work and if I try to add assignment_group.manager.manager to the filter below, then it breaks.
Does anyone have a custom interactive filter/content block script that may allow us to filter our open tickets based on multiple levels of manager.
If it doesn't have to be a filter you could try using a report with dynamic filters that filters based on the VP looking at the report
