Custom Knowledge Base in Service portal global search

Hello Team,

I have created a custom Knowledge Base for Service Portal and linked it to the Service Portal. But the issue is, whenever the users search for any article in SP, no article is appearing in Search results.

I've already installed "Knowledge Management - Service Portal". 

In service portal configuration page, I see AI Search is enabled.

Can someone please help me here.
