Custom list banner button not visible in Agent Workspace

Hi,

We have created custom list banner button and it is visible in platform native view but not in agent workspace. Why?

I have created related list action with same name but still not showing in incident list view workspace. Can anyone knows please let us know. Thanks in advance!!

Hey Rakesh,

you have to create  list action especially for agent workspace.

Thanks for the reply. Created new list action and now it is visible on workspace list with list action name. But how it would work my custom UI action functionality ?

Hey Rakesh,

I am sorry but I think I do not understand your question. 
But if you want to add additional functionality you can switch to the advanced view using the related link in the lower left corner.
Here you can add some more functionality e.g. a server side script if you select "Server Script"
