We have two custom URLs for our instance that work as intended, but we have an issue where links like KB articles and tickets created in chat still use the instance URL, instancename.service-now.com, instead of the custom URLs, support.mydomain.com (external portal) and itsupport.mydomain.com (internal portal). We don't want to change the instance URL. We would like to have links from CSM Workspace go to support.mydomain.com and links from Service Operation Workspace to go to itsupport.mydomain.com. Has anyone dealt with this before?
