missing sn_agent_messaging plugin for install Conversational Integration with WhatsApp (Twillio)

Hi please help, 

i need to configure whatsapp integration and i want to install Conversational Integration with WhatsApp (Powered by Twillio) but i need to purchase sn_agent_messaging . when i search to the servicenow store the plugin doesn't exist. Is there another way to configure servicenow and whatsapp integration ?
