customer account extended table

when extended table in CSM  customer_account.list is opened from the navigation ,  still displays label as ->company instead of  Accounts in all views  default view  and also case view even after activating the customer service plugin and setting the scope to customer service.

To address the issue of the extended table label displaying "company" instead of "Accounts" in all views, including the default view and case view, even after activating the customer service plugin and setting the scope to customer service, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your ServiceNow instance with administrative privileges.
  2. Navigate to the Application Navigator by clicking on the "Application Navigator" icon in the left-hand side menu.
  3. Search for and open the "customer_account.list" table in the CSM (Customer Service Management) application.
  4. Click on the "Form Layout" tab to modify the form layout of the table.
  5. Locate the label field corresponding to the "company" label and update it to "Accounts".
  6. Save the changes made to the form layout.
