Customer Order not getting decomposed into Domain Orders | Order Management for Telecom & Tech

Hello,

Facing a problem in OMT, Customer Order is getting created for a Product and the Order Line Items are also getting created but the Order Line Items are not getting Decomposed into the Domain Orders (In Our case Product Order and Service Orders). I have checked the "Process Telecom Order Line Item" flow, and it is also executing without any error. Posting Screenshots of the execution. Solution/Fix needed for this Issue.

I am facing the same issue and from what I can tell the only flow that is getting triggered is the one you point out. I even checked that everything was setup correctly from the Resource, Service, and Product Specs to the Product Offering. Interestingly I am not facing this issue in my learning instance. Will follow this thread.

Hi Mahesh,

I found out the solution for this. If you are using a domain separated instance make sure all the Specifications (Product, Service, Resource), Characteristics, Characteristic Options and the Specification Characteristics are moved into the global domain. In our case the Product was configured into the Internal/Default Domain. The data was not flowing through for the orders to decompose into the domain orders. Make sure to add the domain field (if available for the table) into all the OMT Related tables and recheck. If they are in default domain move them to global domain. It should fix the issue.
