Customer Order not getting decomposed into Domain Orders | Order Management for Telecom & Tech

Hello,

 

Facing a problem in OMT, Customer Order is getting created for a Product and the Order Line Items are also getting created but the Order Line Items are not getting Decomposed into the Domain Orders (In Our case Product Order and Service Orders). I have checked the "Process Telecom Order Line Item" flow, and it is also executing without any error. Posting Screenshots of the execution. Solution/Fix needed for this Issue.

Hi Lalith, 

I have the same problem, but in our instance we don't have the domain separation. The 

Process Telecom Order Line Item flow starts and ends without error but no product order is created. Any suggestions? Thanks Eliana

Hello Eliana,
Can you please verify the relationships between Product offering and Product Specification. The min default value should be 1 for it to decompose the Customer Order into PO and SO.

I verified the relationship between product offering and product specification and is correct. I updated the order management plugin and now the flow works correctly! Best Regards Eliana
