Customize Workbench View Fields in Major Incident

Hello!
I need to customize fields in the "Communicate" tab. Specifically the "Communication Tasks. 
My client doesn't want the fields "Channels", "Status", "Order" "Assigned To" and "Description" to be visualized.
My view is like that now:

And I want to hide or remove that fields from the view.
Can someone help me where can i do this?
PS: Isn't from the form designer and form layout, I'm already trying from there;
PS1: I'm heavily biased to believe that is from the UI PAGE, I've already customized the Incident Major Report from there, but I cant find theses fields on any UI PAGE with the name "workbench";

Unfortunately, the Major Incident workbench is pretty locked down and isn't really customisable. I don't think you can change it

Is this still the case or are their easier paths to customizing the MIM Workbench?

It is not the answer I was hoping to get, but after a week of trying to make it, I assume that isn't possible! Thank you!
