Customizing Template Visibility in Toggle Template Bar on Incident Form

Hello,

 

I need to customize the visibility of templates in the Toggle Template Bar on the Incident form. The requirement is:

Users should only see templates associated with their groups.

 If a user belongs to multiple groups, they should see templates associated with any of those groups.

• If no templates match their groups, they should see all available templates.

 

Has anyone implemented a similar customization? Is there a way to achieve this using UI Policies, Client Scripts, or any backend configuration?

 

Any guidance or suggestions would be appreciated.

You can set the groups here in the template itself and it work what you are looking for,
