ServiceNow's virtual agent (see https://support.servicenow.com/now) displays topics like this:
Whereas the OOTB sendTopicPickerControl() method displays an uncategorized list of topics. How do I customize virtual agent so that the topic picker shows topics by category, like ServiceNow's?
